At Low Carb Canada, we prioritize your satisfaction and food safety by offering a streamlined return process for non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or temperature-sensitive items.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened, shelf-stable items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
